The Offenders Policy is a Policy for the Wizards of Waverly Place Wiki, the policy serves as a disciplinary system for users who have committed violations against the Wiki's Guidelines.
Reporting a User
If you witness a user breaking any of the Wizards Wiki or Fandom's code of conduct, please reach out to a member of the Wiki's administration. Provide as much information as you can about the situation such as; name of the user, violation(s) committed, link of the article where the violation was committed, and a small description of the events that occurred. Our administration is always prepared to keep our wiki a safe community for all readers and editors.
Warning System
The Wiki's Administration is obligated to enforce the Wizards Wiki’s Guidelines, administrative action(s) may include; verbal warnings and blocks from the wiki, however the strike system can be reviewed on this page for both editors and admins to view offenses. This system is intended to be unbiased and will serve as a track record for choice users. Please refer to the the Warning Distribution system below:
- First Warning: The User will be given a verbal warning.
- Second Warning: The User will be issued a block from the wiki that can last anywhere between 12 to 24 hours.
- Third Warning: The User will receive a block from the wiki for 7 days, depending on the extremity of your actions.
Further violations will lead to a permanent block from both the Wizards Wiki. Please Note: All Fandom Terms of Service are always in effect and will be enforced.
