Overview
Alex and Harper move into an apartment building with a secret 13th floor for wizards and other creatures in the wizard world, despite Harper not being magical
Summary
Alex and Harper move into an apartment building with a secret 13th floor for wizards and other creatures in the wizard world. The apartment only allows wizards and creatures (from the wizard world: zombies, ogres, ghosts etc.) on this floor.
Justin gives Harper a training wand that can only open things even if you don't have magic, allowing her to pass herself off as a wizard. Alex believes she's finally moving on from her werewolf ex-boyfriend, Mason, until she discovers he now lives on the same floor, and will stop at nothing to win her back. Alex doesn't like this, but he still doesn't give up. Alex and Harper throw a party to help Alex get over Mason.
Mason turns up and borrows Harpers 'wand' to get Alex to open her heart (since Harper's wand can open anything). Alex ends up opening her heart to Felix and an Ogre. Max comes with surprise house-warming gifts (in boxes). Harper sees what Mason is doing and they start bickering over the wand and accidentally open one of Max's boxes, releasing screaming banshees.. Justin comes and fixes everything by resetting everything the wand did (including Alex opening her heart) and admits that Alex completes his life. The doorman of the 13th floor appears and says parties are not allowed but lets them off. He steps outside the apartment and is revealed to be Gorog, the leader of the Angels of Darkness (previously appeared in Wizards Vs. Angels). Max then sneaks into Alex and Harper's apartment to live with them, but is instead kicked out. As he leaves, he encounters Gorog in the elevator, who offers him a free camp offer. Max accepts, and after stepping into the elevator to leave, gets a stunned look on his face as Gorog smiles, and the doors close.
