Wizard of the Year is the fifteenth episode of the fourth season which was broadcast on July 08, 2011.
Synopsis
Alex is surprisingly made Wizard of the Year. But, Reports make it seem like she is dating Chase which makes Mason jealous.
Meanwhile, the other Russo family members are asked to make a holographic video stating how proud they are of Alex, but when Justin makes a negative video explaining why he should have gotten the award, he tries to redo it.
Full Plot
Chancellor Tootietooie visits the Russo household to tell Alex that she has won the highest wizard honor, Wizard of the Year from saving the world from the Angels of Darkness and that she is now back in the Wizard competition. The family must also make a hologram video, telling Alex how proud they are of her.
Chase Riprock visits Alex to congratulate her for winning. But after a gossip show takes footage of Alex and Chase, and makes it look as if they are dating, Mason becomes jealous, even though Alex tells him that there is nothing going on.
Mason then stands Alex up on the night of the banquet. Mason then comes to the banquet to apoligize, but notices Alex with Chase, and Mason attacks Chase. Alex then breaks up with Mason for not believing her, and decides not to date Chase. Meanwhile, Justin is mad because Alex has won the award, and yells in the video, but then finds out that is able to get back in the wizard competition if he had said nice things on the video, which he hadn't.
