Spells

  • Fortunato Amontillado-Causes a person to come to the wizard depending on where he or she is.

Quotes

  • Alex: (about Stevie's revolution) I knew there was something I liked about you, but this... this is genius. You are my new role model.
  • Stevie: Please, Alex. I'm sure this is something you would have eventually come up with yourself.
  • Alex: Yeah, now that's true. I take it back. I'm my own role model again.
  • (Warren has just fainted because of Harper's stare) Alex: Quick! Give me a pen! I love drawing moustaches on people who can't stop me!

Trivia

  • Absent: Maria Canals Barrera as Theresa Russo
  • Note: The spell "Fortunato Amontillado" is a reference to Edgar Allen Poe story "The Cask of Amontillado" dealing with passing someone trapped through a barrier, like in the story where the main character seals his enemy up by chaining him to a wall and sealing that section of the room up by building a wall leaving him there to die.
  • The address that the jack-in-the-box gives for Warren is 1313 Mockingbird Lane. That is the same address that the Munsters live at.
  • This episode has a rare moment from Disney as not only did a character die, but Stevie Nichols died on screen.
  • This episode shows where wizards have their lost powers sent to. If broken all wizards would keep their powers forever.
  • In this episode a machine is shown to be what transfers a wizard family's power to the winner of the wizarding competition. In the movie, Jerry just grants Alex an orb of magic to transfer the family powers to her.

Even though everyone though it was evil, it might have actually been better, and bad wizards would have their powers taken away.
