Plot[]
On her first day of school, Billie uses magic to impress Roman’s best friend. But when a jealous Roman steals Billie’s wand, he falls into the grasp of a wizard-hunting phantomus!

- Billie gives Milo a tail at the beginning of the episode is a reference to the Wizards of Waverly Place episode Alex in the Middle when Justin and his siblings had tails.
- The frog messenger refers to itself as a "Messenger Gibble," when coincidentally, Gible (spelled with only one B) is the name of a creature from the Pokemon franchise. The similarities end here however, as Pokemon's Gible is a shark-like draconian creature rather than a frog or toad.
Goofs[]
- Despite being last seen in the classroom, the frog messenger seems to have been forgotten in there after the Phantomus was captured by Justin and Billie, as no one talks about it during the final scenes nor it is seen anymore.
- It’s presumed that the messenger frog disappeared after Giada realized she really didn’t need the frog to relay the message to Justin when she did so herself even lamenting something along the point “I didn’t even to carry that frog in my purse.”
