Plot[]

Billie sets off to complete a wizard quest on her 13th birthday, believing that Justin organized it. However, the quest is a test from someone with more nefarious intentions.

This episode was be the sixth episode in the Wizards franchise to focus on a main character's birthday followed by Quinceañera which was about Alex Russo's 15th birthday, Harper Knows which was about Harper Finkle's 16th birthday, Wizard For A Day which was about Jerry Russo's birthday, Uncle Ernesto which was about Theresa Russo's birthday and Everything is Not What it Seems which was about Justin Russo's 34th birthday.
The episode title is play on the phrase "Best Birthday Ever!"
