Officer Lamp (Michael A. Shepperd) is a wizard police officer who partners with Goblin. He says Max is a cute kid and calls him 'Maxi' and that nobody can pronounce Goblin's name. He gives missions to wizards who are capable of helping out to stop people from something that they shouldn't be doing in the wizard world. He is an emergency wizards and his partner has a name but he refers to him as Goblin. It was shown that they were emergency wizards in the season 1 episode Alex's Choice.
