Officer Lamp (Michael A. Shepperd) is a wizard police officer who partners with Goblin. He says Max is a cute kid and calls him 'Maxi' and that nobody can pronounce Goblin's name.
He gives missions to wizards who are capable of helping out to stop people from something that they shouldn't be doing in the wizard world. He is an emergency wizard alongside his partner who has a name, though he refers to him as just Goblin. He first appeared as an emergency wizard in the season 1 episode, "Alex's Choice".
Officer Goblin[]
Officer Lamp's partner, who is also an emergency wizard as he came with Officer Lamp to get Justin and Max, who were in trouble for pranking them. They both appear in "Harper Knows" and "Alex's Choice", the only two episodes they are featured in.
