Megan Russo is Jerry and Kelbo's sister, and Justin, Alex, and Max's aunt. She doesn't get along well with her brothers as she is still angry that Jerry gave his powers to Kelbo, not her, which is why Alex, Justin, and Max did not hear of her till the episode "Retest". In the end, she still is mad at her brothers. She never did get along with Theresa either because that's who Jerry gave his powers up for. Jerry stated in "Retest" that he gave his powers to Kelbo because he would need them more than she did. Though, she still was mad.
