Medium Rare is a restaurant in Waverly Place. It's first mentioned in "I Almost Drowned in a Chocolate Fountain" when Riley invites Alex, Harper and a bunch of his other friends from school.
Here Alex ends up feeding chocolate to a pocket elf. Then she is bitten by the elf witch makes her crazy for chocolate.
