A magic Carpet is a carpet that has had some form of magic cast upon it so that a Wizard would be able to use it as a form of magical transportation.
Alex and Jerry are seen riding on a magical carpet in You Can't Always Get What You Carpet. It was first shown in the season one episode you cannot always get what you carpet. Season one episode six it was in.
Note: Dad accidentally admitted to Alex that he taught Justin. He was actually afraid of her flying away one day and never coming back.
