The Late Nite Bite is a resturant that opens down the road from the Waverley Sub Station. It is owned by a Vampire couple called Alucard and Cindy van Huesen. They have a daughter called Julliette van Huesen who is in love with Justin Russo and a friend of Alex Russo.
