Joey was a chef who was hired to cook crêpes at Justin's Alien Language League banquet that was being hosted at the Waverly Sub Station. He ran out of the Waverly Sub Station before the banquet started due to being disgusted over seeing Jerry after Jerry was turned into a giant cockroach.
