I Almost Drowned in a Chocolate Fountain is the third episode of the first season of the show. So she could go on a date, Alex uses a magical pocket elf to pass an exam for Spanish. However, a chocolate-devouring pocket elf is stowed away into her purse in a plot devised by her brothers.

Synopsis

Alex get bad score on her Spanish mid test, and mysteriously, Theresa felt really guilty. Alex explains she couldn't concentrate while revising her spanish because Max and Justin where playing paintball. The boys are punished by having to scrap the window to a sparkle condition. Theresa decides to teach Alex Spanish, which will failed, after seeing Alex didn't know the difference between Espanol and Spanish. Jerry teaches the kids about pocket elves, their is one for every subject and if they eat choclate it's like lighting a fuse on a crazy bomb! He also warns the kids to make sure a pocket elf while choclate-crazy dosen't bite them. Alex retakes her Spanish test, but cheats by using a pocket elf on the subject spanish. She then gets to go on a date with Riley, that Friday, at Medium Rare, a chocolate restaurant. Justin plan a revenge for Alex, by using the Spanish pocket elf, the all-knowing elf- and fed it with chocolate, which Jerry said, " Its like letting a fuse on a crazy bomb ". And a wizard should aviod getting bitten by one. But the plan was ruined when Max forgot to put the chocolate inside Alex's purse, which will causes nothing to someone. They went to Medium Rare and put it inside her purse, she really got bitten when Harper asks for lip gloss. She suddenly has a craving for chocalate, she tips it all down herself and even chucks a load on the floor making a chocalate slide which she rolls around in. This to tally embarrass her in front of Riley, and Riley left because of disgusted feeling when he sees Alex covered herself on a chocolate syrup. Her parents discover the whole thing and ground Alex. Justin asks why she didn't tell on them. She says it was because she is going to get back at them for what they did. Max says, "oh, no! Her getting back is worse than you getting back!" To which the boys run upstairs in fear shouting out to their parents it was all their fualt.
