"Helping Hand" is the 14th episode of season two of Wizards of Waverly Place, and the 35th of the overall series. It first aired on February 16, 2009.
Overview
Justin creates the Helping Hand to assist busy wizards from the wizard world. Jerry bestows Alex and Max with numerous chores, but when Alex uses the Helping Hand to do her chores for her, the Helping Hand becomes powerless and fatigued, and when Superintendent Spellman of the wizard world visits to review the spell, everything goes messed up. However, Alex apologizes to the Helping Hand and encourages it to help Justin. The Helping Hand does a proper presentation and the spell gets certified.
