Flutter is a fairy that works as a part-time actress in the Wizard World.
Biography
Flutter was contracted by Wizard in training Alex Russo to be her replacement in the school's Peter Pan play. However, her parents found out and forbid it.
She appeared in the play nevertheless to arrest Alex. She shrinks herself (exposing the world of magic in the process, though everyone must have thought it was a trick) and was smashed by Alex.
Personality
"You're a boy..."
Flutter is a rather naive, annoying fairy who laughs very often. She wishes to be a policewoman.
Powers and Abilities
- Spellcasting: As a fairy, Flutter can cast spells to obtain powers such as:
- Molecular Manipulation: Flutter could shrink herself into she looked like a floating glowing orb.
- Flight: Flutter could fly after shrinking herself.
