Dr. Marybeth Evilini is an evil teacher at WizTech. Every year she held a 12-ball tournament to see who the greatest wizard was. She planned to take him or her to Volcano Land to drain their powers so she could become the most powerful wizard ever. She sends wizard mail either via a Stuffed Messenger Pidgeon, or using a Messenger Fish that can talk.Jerko Pheonix and Justin Russo were the winners of all the 12-ball tournaments.
