"Don't Rain on Justin's Parade - Earth" is the nineteenth episode of season two of Wizards of Waverly Place, and the 40th of the overall series. It first aired on April 19, 2009.
Synopsis
Justin tries to save the job of his favorite weatherman, Baxter Knight, by magically altering the weather to match Baxter's forecast but Mother Nature teaches Justin an important lesson about natural resources by blowing down the Russo's home.
